Shipping policy

All stocked items are usually shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise noted. Same day shipping / delivery is also available if order is placed before 11am EST.

Unless otherwise requested, all Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx / UPS Ground service or Canada Post Expedited.

Expedited methods of shipping may be available, such as UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Express and Canada Post XpressPost. We suggest you e-mail or call us to verify same-day shipments.

Deliveries do not include Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.

Johnson AV is not responsible for any delays the shipping company may cause due to circumstances beyond its control. This would include but is not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, and equipment failures.

Johnson AV is not responsible for any delays due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.

All packages are sent insured up to $100. If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of the damage. Johnson AV is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.

All international orders are shipped via the shipping method that a customer selected during the checkout. The international shipping methods include FedEx Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, DHL Express, and Canada Post International. The customer is responsible for all customs charges, taxes, fees and duties due upon entering the destination country.
